My first topic this morning is health.  Until I discovered a few key pieces of data last year, I thought I had a better than average understanding of health.  After all I was exercising almost daily, ate almost no sugar and ate mostly healthy foods, yet I discovered how blissfully ignorant I was when no matter how hard I tried, I could not get below 185 lbs.  My goal was 165 to 175 but that was not possible under my current regimen.  Enter Dr. Sten Ekberg (YouTube).  Dr. Ekberg taught me a few simple changes that would allow me to break the 185lb barrier.  Here’s how I was able to quickly and easily get below the impossible 185:

My steps to lose weight

  • No sugar (I was already doing this)
  • Little to no carbs
  • No snacks between meals (my biggest challenge)
  • Eat once or twice a day
  • Aerobic exercise (walking 3 miles per day: I was already doing this)

Not only did I learn how to reach my goals, I learned much, much more about the dangers of belly fat and type-2 diabetes.

Some of my benefits:

  • My clothes fit better
  • I look much better (looking at some of my old photos is revealing about how fat I really was)
  • My blood sugar is within range (no longer am I borderline diabetic)
  • I breathe better while I sleep (reduced fat around my neck and throat area)
  • I feel better, think better and have more energy
  • I have a better self-image

One final note on the good doctor:  The thing I like the most about Dr. Ekberg (Web site) is that he gives you the logical and scientific reasoning for everything he says.  This makes it much easier for me to become motivated to think through and follow his guidelines.  Why?  Because it makes sense.

Of course all the topics and categories below are related in some way.

  • HEALTH – We need to maintain our good health for our happiness, to protect our families and to resist and defeat the propaganda war machine aimed at destroying our families, our culture, our traditions and our freedom.  Without your health, you don’t have much.
  • COVID – Just another tool used to destroy the financial viability and strength of the middle class while enslaving the rest of us in this orchestrated medical tyranny.
  • CRIME –  Many or most of the attempts by the enemies of man in their foolish rush to subdue the world for their own selfish interests depend on crimes against humanity.
  • POLITICS – Another tool to place the power of government under their control to advance  their hidden, duplicitous goals.
  • HISTORY – History is a well-established PSYOP used to inoculate the vast unwashed masses against a true understanding of the history and crimes of the ruling elate. The false history we are taught provides an inaccurate map of the territory in front of us since we know not what was behind and we are thus unprepared to recognize the bandits waiting along the road we are traveling to fleece, shear and render us.
  • MEDIA – A propaganda cannon mixing truth with lies to control our perception of truth and therefore our reactions.
  • EDUCATION – Used to advance the globalist agenda destroying our culture, critical thought, individual freedom and self-determination.
  • GLOBALISM – A false idea that all our wars were born from a sense of nationalism and this and other global challenges can only be mitigated or solved with a global control infrastructure.
  • PERSONAL – The good things we can to as individuals for ourselves.
  • MUSIC – Can be manipulative, healing, inspiring or a mixture.
  • HUMOR & SATIRE – Consisting mostly of MEMEs, this category can provide some comic relief to help cope with the challenges before us.  Effective ridicule can also damage these enemies of man and be a most simple means of communicating with the masses.

One important category I’ve left out may be the most important of all: the war against our culture

Banned from Facebook AND Twitter this time.

On September 7th, 2020 I was banned from Facebook for 30 days for the fourth time this year.   That’s a total of 120 days out of 365 days per year.  That’s about a third of the year. And add the countless pictures and posts Facebook has removed from my account and it is obvious to me Facebook does not appreciate this user’s views on a variety of topics.

I have never posted anything promoting violence or anything illegal.  I have never posted any gross pictures of violence or sexuality or anything that could be considered X-rated, yet here I am banned again from Facebook and now today I have been banned from Twitter after pointing out RBG was not some sort of hero to mourn, but rather a mass murderer of the unborn.  This is a fact.   We should be able to say these things.  We should be able to state the truth without the threat of punishment by big tech.

I do point out Facebook’s attempts to control political narratives and misrepresent facts.  I point out that Facebook’s fact checkers aren’t fact checkers at all but political henchmen out to promote their agenda.  Facebook’s Truth Ministry is staffed by Democrat Donors and Ex-CNN Employees.

Now, just in case you are curious,  I’m just a regular guy.  I have never been convicted of a crime, have a perfect driving record.  I am married with kids and have held down a job pretty much permanently since high school.   In short I am a law-abiding, tax-paying citizen with a perfect record, yet Facebook and now Twitter consider me some sort of riffraff to be shunned, censored and excommunicated from the two biggest social media platforms on the planet.  But why?  Their lame explanations makes no sense.  They claim I have violated some amorphous terms of service agreement when the only thing I have done is to report on well-established historical facts.  Seems my only crime is that I refuse to link my mind to their cybernetic Borg in their hive mind called “the Collective”.  I dare not stray from their well-established dogma composed of unexamined assumptions, lest I be savagely shunned and banished from their collective group-think.

Unfortunately our science community has fallen to this same collective group-think as has been proven by all the false information promulgated by our so called medical experts (See the Lancet)  in their rush to misrepresent HCQ and the media’s scheme to defame the reputations of those front-line doctors who have found this drug –along with Azithromycin and Zinc– useful if used early.

These same truth-tyrants claim to support science on a wide swath of topics, but it is obvious to anyone capable of critical thought they have no clue what science is all about.  Their version of science is settled and so cannot be debated.   These self-appointed ministers of truth are in fact zealots spreading false information that in the case of COVID-19 has undoubtedly cost many lives.   In short these lies kill.

Like most of you, I am just a poor working slob, paying my taxes, obeying the laws and raising a family the best way I can.  However, unlike Zuckerberg, I was not handed a ready-packaged DARPA company like LifeLog or Facebook paid for at taxpayers’ expense if I would carry their water.  So far Zuck is doing their bidding, but why should I and my fellow taxpayers be forced to pay for Facebook’s propaganda and disinformation while they feel free to take a dump on our face anytime they feel like it?

Jail time: 30 day sentence to run from June 19 through July 18.

I had just gotten out of jail for another post and now I’m back in jail.  What was my crime this time?  I posted the following ‘anti-community standards’ statement on my Facebook wall:

“Remember: Democrats vote on November the 4th.”

Now, I thought this was pretty funny;  but Facebook did not.  In any event, this is the first time I have been put into Facebook Jail for something that could actually be considered ‘wrong’ by a rational person.  I guess this could be considered mean and an attempt to mislead our poor intellectually-challenged Democrats, but if they are this stupid / naive, perhaps they really shouldn’t be voting.  It did occur to me Facebook put me in jail because of a innocent typo or a date error, or maybe Facebook is discriminating against the mathematically challenged?  Is there a protected class for this group yet??? But of course I was trying to be funny and the humorless, knuckle-dragging  fascists at Facebook would have none of it.

Banned again from Facebook.  What was my crime?  I posted a picture of Taylor Swift –fully clothed—giving what appears to be a Sieg Heil salute.  I posted no comment either for or against this picture.   Now, I’m no fan of the vacuous Taylor Swift; and I’m certainly no Nazi. I have no idea of the context of this picture, but I thought the picture was amusing if not noteworthy and completely unaware this would violate Facebook’s amorphous ‘Community Standards’ flamethrower; requiring a Facebook jail term of 90 days (later reduced to 30).  The Facebook censors seem to have a particular aversion to all things Hitleresque even if from their darling Taylor Swift.

So Facebook said they were going to ban me 90 Days for posting this picture of Taylor Swift, but only banned me for 30 Days and then they said they were mistaken and lifted the ban.  But then they decided not to lift the ban, yet allowed the offending picture back on my wall.  I am still banned.  After I protested in vein, they said ‘Case Closed’ and went on about their business.  In any event, it is fully within Facebook’s power to cut me off or delete anything they want despite being founded with the help of a US Government agency paid for with my tax money.  Sweet.  I get to pay for my own abuse.

It is noteworthy to mention one of my prior Facebook infractions –which was promptly removed by Facebook– was the famous picture of Hitler (“A dangerous individual”) standing in front of the Eifel Tower in Paris, overlaid on top of a modern picture of the same spot.   I think this is really cool to juxtapose the then and the now to give a historical sense of this very spot.  Again, I supplied no comments pro or con, yet this picture was removed.  I was also banned for posting a picture of Eric Ciaramella; commonly known in Washington, DC as Adam Schiff’s personal CIA Spy a.k.a. what the media termed ‘The Whistle-Blower’.  Obviously, Facebook was trying to protect Adam Schiff’s phony-baloney impeachment effort from the curative power of sunlight.

Previous to this, I was banned for expressing my opinion abortion is in fact murder and not merely a medical procedure like having a tooth removed.  You can always count on Facebook to support the officially promulgated narrative on any topic.  It is obvious to me Facebook is tied at the hip to all the other actors engaged in the art of public deception by the speed and coordination they decide what shall be censored and what shall not. Apparently the MSM are tightly coordinated with FB, YouTube and Twitter on whatever bogus narrative is being pushed at the time.  It would be interesting to find out who is at the top of these corporations, controlling the strings of these thought-shapers.

From elementary school onward, my silly head was filled with independent ideas that might or might not harmonize with the well-established fact-claims of the establishment; or those in power over me.   I was skeptical of puffed-up stories lacking demonstrated evidence or benefit. However, many if not most, of my fellow classmates took the other approach buying into, or at a minimum, complying with the  authoritative group-think on sale at our local compulsory public school systems.    Which brings me right back to Facebook and its unending manipulation of its users.  Over the years, I’ve tolerated Facebook’s constant removal and blocking of my posts and of their knee-jerk reaction to ban me for 30 days or longer for reasons only Dolores Umbridge could love.   I cannot agree with any of their actions, not a single one.

Facebook is an absurdity; a nuisance; a gnat buzzing around my food while I try to eat in peace; or concentrate on the task at hand… always there to follow me like a shadow, and always to make sure I am thinking correctly, behaving correctly or saying the right words — they are to be tolerated until they are no longer tolerable.

I wonder how many users subject to Facebook’s constant prodding and pushing comply just to get along?

All this makes sense when we consider  Facebook’s roots.  Birthed in the bowels of the secret state through DARPA as LifeLog and paid for by American taxpayers.  Like many of our other oppressors, Facebook has an agenda; and the agenda –like the head-shot of JFK or knocking down those buildings on 9/11; or the many other crimes their soul brothers have committed — is to promulgate an official narrative in support of those they serve.   Facebook is the villain violating free speech, not me; and Facebook is burning non-conforming ideas as the Nazi’s burned books in their day.  I am hopeful therefore Facebook and their goons will soon face a similar ending.

I am not a violent person; I am not a criminal; I do not promote violence or hatred; I have never shared illegal or sexually explicit photos or paintings on my Facebook pages– ever.

So why does Facebook hate me so?

Or the question is: why have so many of my posts been banned from FB – the majority of which FB doesn’t even bother to list or show me – thus keeping me in the dark as to what my infraction was?  I am left only to guess.

Many years ago, in the beginning or my FB experience, I was permanently banned for my strong, anti-abortion postings. I wrote FB a letter and they changed the permanent ban to a 45-day ban.  From this, I became much more circumspect, sophisticated and clever in my anti-abortion posts which worked-well to avoid the Facebook censors.  From here, Facebook would delete various postings and pictures for reasons that are irrational as far as I can determine.  I’ve always thought of it as “Algorithms and/or AI gone wild.”  For example, they deleted a beautiful non-sexual classic renaissance oil painting I had hanging in my house since I was a child that depicted the side of a woman’s breast.   They deleted a picture of a pre-pubescent boy or girl (impossible to tell) in a canoe in the amazon jungle playing with a turtle — only the top of this child was bare.   Obviously the FB algorithms are looking for patches of bare skin — not knowing exactly what they are seeing.   I protested in every case and was denied in all but one.

My latest banning from Facebook occurred on 11/12/19 because as FB said I was “facilitate[ing] or coordinate[ing] crime activity likely to cause harm to people business or animals”.   What had I done that was so criminal? I posted a fully clothed picture of Adam Schiff’s CIA Spy also known as the whistle-blower Eric Ciaramella eating dinner.  I knew of several people who were banned for posting his name, so I made sure I did not post his name, just his photo.  BTW, I had several other photos on my FB page of Eric, but for some reason FB noticed this one and banned me for 30 days accusing me of being a criminal. Had they done this in public, I would have sued them for slander.

BTW: Adam Schiff previously released Eric’s unredacted name  in a deposition as did several other media outlets.

So it seems that I am not Facebook material.  FB just doesn’t want me on their site for some reason since they keep insulting me and damaging my enjoyment of their platform.

Though my tax dollars paid for their predecessor LifeLog (without which FB would have never existed), FB is now a private company and can therefore abuse my first (and 4th) amendment  rights at their will and pleasure for any reason whatsoever.    And of course the courts must determine at some point if Facebook is just a platform or if it is a publisher; or something entirely new.   Seems obvious to me that if Facebook is curating the content on their platform—and they are– they are indeed publishers.   Facebook prefers to be a platform when it is convenient to them to avoid the legal constraints of being a publisher, but clearly they are much more than a platform – In addition to abusing their users’ 1st and 4th Amendments, they also serve as an effective propaganda organ –as did the old media– for the established power structure which currently promotes the religion of globalism and all its belief systems…

Since the election of Trump, YouTube has been busy destroying the financial viability of many platforms using their services with which they disagree. All the myriad of actions have one thing in common, they reduce the money flow and eyeballs attracted by these independent platforms. This reduction in ad revenue reduces revenue not only to these independent content producers but to YouTube itself. Starting on December 10th of this year, YouTube’s new TOS will allow YouTube to completely delete any YouTube channel that it deems not financially viable. So what you have here is:

1) YouTube targeted a select set of independent content producers;
2) reduced their ability to generate income for both YouTube and the content producer;
3) and now they will be deleting these content producers because they are not financially viable.

Why would any business do something this boneheaded? Because they are not really a business in the normal sense of the word. They are a controlled adjunct of the US Federal Government’s deep state. Born of your tax dollars and used against the good US Citizens who paid the bill.

YouTube has been a subsidiary of Google since November of 2006 and of course Google was the result of a DARPA project with Stanford University in 1998.

In an effort to regain control of the narrative, NewsGuard will be on your phone and browser soon. I’ve heard that you will not be able to remove it on certain browsers and devices — there will be no opt-out. The trick here is for our ruling class to tell the masses what is good news and what is not. If you visit an approved news site like ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, NYT, etc., you will get a nice green rating… other sites will have either a yellow or red rating to warn you that what you are reading is ‘FAKE NEWS’. The point here is to condition you –like Pavlov’s doggy– to always seek the green light. It’s an emotional signal. This will allow the political ruling class to more effectively herd their livestock to the correct way of thinking, while putting their competition out of business. If they can get away with this thought control gimmick, I’m sure something like Google’s Dragonfly and China’s ‘social credit’ system will be soon to follow here in the West.

BTW: The Smith-Mundt Act of 1945 prohibited the use of propaganda against our own citizens here in the USA; however, The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 now makes it legal for the US State Department –this includes the CIA– and the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) to use propaganda here on US Citizens. Yes, your Democrats and your Republicans voted this into law.

Is Jamal Khashoggi dead?

Almost certainly.   Did Mohammad bin Salman (MbS) order his murder?   Likely, in my opinion.

However, there is much more to this simple story. It should be curious to most Americans why the MSM are more concerned about the murder of Khashoggi (a non-American) than the Benghazi murder of Americans: US Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods.

So what’s the ‘Official’ story promulgated by the ‘Deep State’ (MSM propaganda organ)? The Narrative, as I can understand it: Trump’s new found pal, MbS (Mohammad bin Salman, crown prince of Saudi Arabia) ordered the brutal murder of an innocent Washington Post journalist. Knowing this, evil Trump went ahead with a $110 billion Saudi arms deal which he should have canceled to punish MbS.

The goal here seems to be to embarrass Trump publicly; force him to abandon his newly formed ally (MbS) in an effort turn back on the Al-Waleed bin Talal  money-spigot MbS had shut off.

Some additional data points:

  1. Khashoggi wasn’t your average journalist; he had deep ties to powerful arms dealers including his billionaire uncle Adnan Khashoggi. Not trying to ascribe guilt by association here, but most journalists would not have this kind of deep inside access to major arms dealers and the House of Saud. For example: Khashoggi’s Grandfather Was a Royal Physician to King Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia.
  2. Khashoggi was a longtime acquaintance / friend of Osama bin Laden and interviewed him several times in Tora Bora and Sudan. This reeks of a CIA connection.
  3. Khashoggi had deep ties with Saudi intelligence; ergo the CIA, ergo the Washington Post, and other MSM propaganda spigots.
  4. Khashoggi’s cousin, Dodi Al Fayed, was dating Princess Diana when they both were killed in a car crash in Paris. The rabbit hole goes very deep here.
  5. The “CIA reportedly concludes Saudi crown prince ordered assassination of Washington Post contributor Jamal Khashoggi” – the CIA rarely reports out their conclusions, especially in front of the US President. The only reason for this is to undermine Trump and his support of MbS.
  6. Trump supported MbS’s regime change in Saudi Arabia, which removed Clinton / Obama / DNC money man Al-Waleed bin Talal and therefore the flow of funds to Clinton and other deep state operatives. There is also a nexus here with the 2017 Las Vegas mass shooting event.
  7. While the money was flowing from Al-Waleed bin Talal, CIA Director, John Brennan did not want the 28 pages of the 9/11 report released; however, after MbS hung Al-Waleed bin Talal by his toes removing his money and power,  John Brennan did an about face stating we need to hold the Saudis accountable.
  8. Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal is Citigroup’s largest individual shareholder.
  9. Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal reportedly helped guide and finance Barack Obama prior to being elected president. Citigroup reportedly selected most of Obama’s cabinet members. Citigroup also wrote page 615 of the US Congress spending bill in 2015
  10. According to George Papadopoulos…“Joseph Mifsud is tied directly to Christopher Steele and Alexander Downer’s former chief of staff. He was also on Jamal Khashoogi’s payroll.”

There is a much larger chess game going on here. If you step back a bit, you can see this is just one more battle between the old guard and the new guard.

Silencing Alex Jones

It has been reported Alex Jones was banned from all the major social media platforms within a 12 hour period. If true, this shows a potentially illegal collusion –dare I say conspiracy– between the big monopoly platforms to punish or mute Alex’s message. While I do not watch or listen to Alex, I have huge respect for this media icon that brought alternative views of history and current events to his audience for over 20 years to great effect. Alex blazed a new trail and motivated some of our best and brightest writers, commentators and podcasters to become involved in the ‘Great Conversation’ to all our benefit. Without Alex, many important voices would have been silenced into obscurity by the established, controlled media. Alex is a great American Icon and hero in my book.

This modern-day book burning is not all bad

  1. The enemies of free thought, free speech and freedom of expression have completely revealed themselves for all to see today. There can be no doubt in any rational mind who these enemies are: Facebook, YouTube (Google), Apple and others.
  2. This free publicity will drive more people to check out Alex Jones
  3. This could setup a great lawsuit for some interesting discovery in this apparent illegal collusion between these behemoths to shut down free speech and to single out Alex Jones for punishment without cause.
  4. Maybe through legal discovery we would finally know what these A-Holes mean by their catch-all phrase ‘community standards’. Not.
  5. This could motivate Alex and others to band together with Mike Adams of Natural News REAL.Video to build out a robust alternative to YouTube.

I’ve always admired Alex Jones

  • He has –or had at one time– almost a photographic memory
  • He has read Quigley – rare in the Alt Media and always a bonus in my book
  • Busted into the Bohemian Grove and took a video
  • Is not afraid to confront some of the really bad actors on the world stage
  • Used a bullhorn at many of the Bilderberg meetings – what fun!
  • Was an early adopter of the continuous rebroadcast of his radio show on smart devices
  • Was an early adopter of simultaneous TV/Radio-cast
  • Is passionate about his work
  • Tries to be accurate in his reporting and is usually successful
  • Has a sense of historical context of current events – though I don’t always agree
  • He has some great guests on his program – sometimes

Three reasons I cannot stand to watch Alex Jones

  1. He constantly interrupts his guests not allowing them to finish their thoughts or sentences;
  2. Too many commercials! Infowars has become an infomercial; and
  3. His pet announcer Owen Shroyer gets way too much air time and is a boring lightweight when it comes to understanding historical context or providing anything higher than a retail-level analysis. I guess he is just a kid and I’m being too harsh. I do wish Alex would sit Owen down and make him read a few books so he would know what he is talking about. I do like David Knight, and of course Paul Joseph Watson.
