According to Alex Krainer, the “undead British Empire” persists as a zombified, pathogenic parasite that exerts global influence while masking its operations behind a veil of neutrality (46:15 – 47:50).

  • The “Master-Blaster” Arrangement: Krainer describes a system where the City of London acts as the “master” and the United States functions as the “blaster.” While the U.S. applies visible military force, the British intelligence, Foreign Office, and financial networks often set the strategy, guide policies, and manipulate crises from behind the scenes (50:25 – 51:15).
  • Financial Extraction: The core goal of this network is to turn natural resource wealth of target nations into collateral for loans. By saddling nations with debt, the system creates a “conveyor belt” of wealth that extracts value from foreign countries and directs it toward Western financial centers, such as London and Wall Street (20:00 – 22:50; 59:00 – 1:00:00).
  • Strategic Deception: The empire historically uses private actors and organizations—such as hedge funds or shipbuilders—to carry out its interests while the state maintains an official stance of neutrality.   • Integrated System: Krainer argues that this is not a competition between Western states, but an integrated system of governance.
