– While the US attack on Iran throttles energy production and exports to China, following the cutting of energy exports from Venezuela to China in a war earlier this year, and years of attacking Russian energy production via Ukraine, US-backed militants in Myanmar are attacking pipelines leading directly into China;

– A US citizen and several Ukrainians were caught bringing in large numbers of combat drones to fight the central Myanmar government and attack key infrastructure across the country including Belt and Road Initiative projects;

– Zooming out from any one of these conflicts reveals a global US war and proxy war as well as a developing global oil blockade against China;

ClearNFO (5/22/25): Ukraine has been played as a sucker… used as a US/NATO tool against Russia on the Grand Geopolitical Chessboard. The scheme was to bleed Russia dry and destroy Russia. Luckily for the world this did not work. Ukraine has every reason to be angry with the ‘Anglo-American Establishment’ but they also played a part by believing the empire of lies would have their back. Ukraine has been sacrificed for a failed attempt to destroy Russia.

  • At the very top level which is generally hidden from the plebs, it’s all about resources. All these wars are orchestrated by the established power structures a.k.a. apex predator class.

  • Traditional relationships don’t matter
  • Money, resources and concentration of power matters

Why did the West orchestrate the proxy war between Ukraine and Russia?  To bludgeon Russia using NATO-backed Ukraine.  The goal was and is to weaken and break up the Russian Federation and steal their resources.  Unfortunately for the Western Powers, this did not work.  Now the EU and the USA are fighting over the scraps in Ukraine.  It’s all about the resources.  The EU needs collateral to back their massive sovereign debt and so has no choice but to continue the lost war in Ukraine at any cost.  Their citizens be damned.

Note: World Bank (2005): Placed Russia first globally for subsoil wealth (oil, gas, coal, and minerals) at $75.7 trillion USD, aligning with later Statista estimates.

Every war is based not on religion but on resources and concentration of power.  It’s the grand chessboard and the plebs have no clue.

The US orchestrated the Ukraine coup in 2014 and installed its own puppet. DJT has provided military aid to Ukraine during both his terms as president, yet he claims his innocence and poses as an honest broker in peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia.  Clearly this is not a war between Ukraine and Russia, rather a war between the US –vassal states in Ukraine and Europe– and Russia.  Russia is wining the conflict in Ukraine. How then can the US pose as an honest / innocent third party brokering a peace deal?  And how can the US dictate terms to Russia when Russia is winning this war?  If DJT cuts off aid to Ukraine the war would end in about two to four weeks.

In addition to the military aid above, the US and its allies have frozen (a.k.a. stolen) about $300 billion in Russian sovereign assets.

Grok: The United States has frozen approximately $5 billion to $6 billion in Russian Central Bank assets. This amount represents a small portion of the roughly $300 billion to $350 billion in total Russian sovereign assets frozen by the U.S. and its allies, with the majority—around $200 billion to $230 billion—held in Europe, primarily at Euroclear in Belgium. Additionally, the U.S. and its allies have blocked or seized over $58 billion in assets owned or controlled by sanctioned Russian individuals and entities, such as oligarchs, though this is separate from the Central Bank reserves.

Fait Accompli in Jeddah.
The US and its Ukraine proxy, held 8 hour talks and agreed to “30-day ceasefire” terms. Here is what we know so far:

– Zelensky was not present at the talks.
– Chief of staff Yermak led the Ukraine team. Rubio and Waltz led the US team.
– On X, Zelensky explained the plan as a, “30-day full interim ceasefire, not only stopping missile, drone, and bomb attacks, not only in the Black Sea, but also along the entire front line. Ukraine is ready to accept this proposal — we see it as a positive step and are ready to take it. Now, it is up to the United States to convince Russia to do the same.”
– Rubio and Waltz will take their terms to Russia…
“The ball is now in their court” – Rubio.
– This is a temporary truce, that can be extended…
Via Politico: Once fighting is paused, negotiations will begin immediately on the terms of a permanent peace. Both the U.S. and Ukraine have promised to name their negotiating teams as soon as possible.

– Also via Politico: The pause in the fighting would allow humanitarian steps, including the exchange of prisoners of war, the release of detained civilians “and the return of forcibly transferred Ukrainian children,” the joint statement said.
👆Note the above term “forcibly.” Russia would be accepting the Collective West/ICC claims on this issue if they agree to the terms.

– The US has agreed to share intelligence and continue weapons flow with Ukraine.
– No minerals deal was signed. Reports are Trump will invite Zelensky back to the White House to sign the minerals deal.
– The topic of Ukraine ceding territory was not discussed according to a Ukrainian official.
– Trump team did not agree to security guarantees.
– Ukraine wants Europe to be involved in this process, but this was not defined.
– UK Starmer has called a meeting of European leaders this Saturday to prepare for troops into Ukraine should Russia agree to these terms.

Want to add some quick thoughts to the above post. Just my view of how things could unfold. These are not carefully thought out predictions. More like spitballing some ideas (apologize for any spelling errors and poor formatting)…

1. The talks in Jeddah, not really negotiations. The US is on record to being in a proxy war with Russia. Yesterday was the US and its proxy sitting down to agree to the terms they would deliver to Russia. They settled on the Macron/Starmer no fly zone plan. This is the plan they decided to go with.
2. Russia can accept or reject these terms. They can also decide to counter and present their own terms (for the 1,000th time Istanbul Plus) to the US, and more negotiations follow.
3. There is a very small possibility Putin agrees to the US terms (or something close to them), DO NOT rule this out.
4. Most likely Russia will reject these terms and counter offer.
5, Trump will threaten HUGE sanctions, crashing oil etc… US military escalation, long range strikes…will Russia blink?
6. Trump will push to meet Xi, contact Modi, pressure SA, Brazil…put pressure to break apart BRICS/Global South support for Russia.
7. Watch Musk’s posts on X. See if he turns up the propaganda pressure against Russia in the next couple of days.
8. The US will play to their strengths, the only card they really hold…the INFO WAR space. Which is Russia’s big weakness. Russia will be painted as the party that “turns down peace.”
9. Keep in mind Russia has made its conditions for a ceasefire public since at least June 2024 (Istanbul Plus). The west media will completely ignore this FACT.
10. NATO Rutte meets Trump this week (I believe today).
11. The US/EU/UK/NATO are now in perfect sync when it comes to project Ukraine.
12. Do not trust Erdogan. He will betray Russia.
13. Keep an eye on developments in Romania.
14. Trump will speak with Putin, most likely on Friday. Outside chance that Putin convinces Trump to see things in terms of Istanbul Plus, pressure reverses back towards Zelensky and EU/UK. Outside chance but possible that this swings again in opposite direction.
– Trump (the person) has no real understanding how to end this. He is making things up as they come.
15 AND FINALLY…Trump now owns this. Ukraine is Trump’s war.

Pyatt: I think we’re in play. The Klitschko [Vitaly Klitschko, one of three main opposition leaders] piece is obviously the complicated electron here. Especially the announcement of him as deputy prime minister and you’ve seen some of my notes on the troubles in the marriage right now so we’re trying to get a read really fast on where he is on this stuff. But I think your argument to him, which you’ll need to make, I think that’s the next phone call you want to set up, is exactly the one you made to Yats [Arseniy Yatseniuk, another opposition leader]. And I’m glad you sort of put him on the spot on where he fits in this scenario. And I’m very glad that he said what he said in response.

Nuland: Good. I don’t think Klitsch should go into the government. I don’t think it’s necessary, I don’t think it’s a good idea.

Pyatt: Yeah. I guess… in terms of him not going into the government, just let him stay out and do his political homework and stuff. I’m just thinking in terms of sort of the process moving ahead we want to keep the moderate democrats together. The problem is going to be Tyahnybok [Oleh Tyahnybok, the other opposition leader] and his guys and I’m sure that’s part of what [President Viktor] Yanukovych is calculating on all this.

Nuland: [Breaks in] I think Yats is the guy who’s got the economic experience, the governing experience. He’s the… what he needs is Klitsch and Tyahnybok on the outside. He needs to be talking to them four times a week, you know. I just think Klitsch going in… he’s going to be at that level working for Yatseniuk, it’s just not going to work.

Pyatt: Yeah, no, I think that’s right. OK. Good. Do you want us to set up a call with him as the next step?

Nuland: My understanding from that call – but you tell me – was that the big three were going into their own meeting and that Yats was going to offer in that context a… three-plus-one conversation or three-plus-two with you. Is that not how you understood it?

Pyatt: No. I think… I mean that’s what he proposed but I think, just knowing the dynamic that’s been with them where Klitschko has been the top dog, he’s going to take a while to show up for whatever meeting they’ve got and he’s probably talking to his guys at this point, so I think you reaching out directly to him helps with the personality management among the three and it gives you also a chance to move fast on all this stuff and put us behind it before they all sit down and he explains why he doesn’t like it.

Nuland: OK, good. I’m happy. Why don’t you reach out to him and see if he wants to talk before or after.

Pyatt: OK, will do. Thanks.

Nuland: OK… one more wrinkle for you Geoff. [A click can be heard] I can’t remember if I told you this, or if I only told Washington this, that when I talked to Jeff Feltman [United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs] this morning, he had a new name for the UN guy Robert Serry did I write you that this morning?

Pyatt: Yeah I saw that.

Nuland: OK. He’s now gotten both Serry and [UN Secretary General] Ban Ki-moon to agree that Serry could come in Monday or Tuesday. So that would be great, I think, to help glue this thing and to have the UN help glue it and, you know, Fuck the EU.

Pyatt: No, exactly. And I think we’ve got to do something to make it stick together because you can be pretty sure that if it does start to gain altitude, that the Russians will be working behind the scenes to try to torpedo it. And again the fact that this is out there right now, I’m still trying to figure out in my mind why Yanukovych (garbled) that. In the meantime there’s a Party of Regions faction meeting going on right now and I’m sure there’s a lively argument going on in that group at this point. But anyway we could land jelly side up on this one if we move fast. So let me work on Klitschko and if you can just keep… we want to try to get somebody with an international personality to come out here and help to midwife this thing. The other issue is some kind of outreach to Yanukovych but we probably regroup on that tomorrow as we see how things start to fall into place.

Nuland: So on that piece Geoff, when I wrote the note [US vice-president’s national security adviser Jake] Sullivan’s come back to me VFR [direct to me], saying you need [US Vice-President Joe] Biden and I said probably tomorrow for an atta-boy and to get the deets [details] to stick. So Biden’s willing.

Not that there was ever any doubt governments could rape, pillage and plunder you both physically and financially, we generally assume there is some due process prior to the taking of your assets. The latest examples of Justin Trudeau’s financial terrorism against Canadian citizens and now Biden’s financial attack on Russia is breathtaking in that there seem to be no barriers or limits to this overreach, or any due process to protect the legitimate rights or interests of the targets of these attacks.

The lesson many people and countries around the globe are learning is if you displease those who control the current financial system, your money and your assets can be seized at the flick of a pen. In short, your money is not safe in any bank controlled by these lawless tyrants.

It is time to find alternatives.

We can get a rough idea of the US political elites’ involvement in the military biological activity in Ukraine if we rely on open sources as well as leaked documents. Below is an attempt to reconstruct the chronology of this involvement, though not a comprehensive one. There are many gaps in this truly diabolical plan that are still to be filled.

1991 – the US launches the Nunn-Lugar programme for the former Soviet countries to control/eliminate Soviet weapons of mass destruction including bioweapons. The Pentagon’s Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) was named as the programme’s main executor.

1993 – the Ukraine-US Agreement on the Prevention of Proliferation of WMD is signed.

2005 – an additional protocol is signed to the agreement between the Ukrainian Health Ministry and the DTRA on the prevention of the proliferation of technologies, pathogens and know-how that can be used to develop bioweapons. This is the start of the transfer of the Ukrainian military biological potential into US specialists’ hands.

2000s – large US military-industrial companies are engaged in military biological activity in Ukraine.

2005-2014 – Black & Veatch Special Projects, a DTRA contractor, builds and upgrades 8 biolabs in Ukraine instead of eliminating military biological infrastructure, as was originally claimed. One of the facilities, a biolab in Odessa, has been financed since 2011 for the study of “pathogens that can be used in bioterrorism attacks.”

2007 – US DoD employee Nathan Wolfe founded Global Viral Forecasting Institute (subsequently – Global Viral), a biomedical company. The mission stated in the charter is non-commercial study of transborder infections, including in China.

2009 – Rosemont Seneca Partners is established by former US Secretary of State John Kerry’ stepson Christopher Heinz and incumbent US President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden.

2014 – anti-constitutional coup d’etat in Ukraine.

2014 – Hunter Biden joins the Board of Directors of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company.

2014 – Metabiota, a private commercial organisation specialising in the study of pandemic risks is detached from Global Viral. Neil Callahan and John DeLoche, employees of Hunter Biden’s company Rosemont Seneca Partners are appointed to the board of Metabiota. Global Viral and Metabiota begin to get funding from the US Department of Defence.

2014 – Metabiota shows interest in Ukraine and invites Hunter Biden to “assert Ukraine’s cultural & economic independence from Russia”.

2014 – Metabiota and Burisma Holdings begin cooperation on an unnamed “science project in Ukraine”.

2014 – Metabiota, Global Viral and Black & Veatch Special Projects begin full-fledged cooperation within the US DoD programmes.

2014-2016 – Implementation of Metabiota and US DoD contracts, including a $300,000 project in Ukraine.

2016 – US citizen Ulana Nadia Suprun, a descendant of Ukrainian Nazis, is appointed Acting Health Minister of Ukraine. The US DoD and Ukraine’s Health Ministry cooperation programme is greatly expanded.

2016 – an outbreak of swine flu among Ukrainian Defence Ministry personnel guarding a biolab in Kharkov, Ukraine; 20 dead. The incident is hushed up.

2016 – former US Assistant Secretary for Defence Andrew Weber is appointed head of Metabiota’s global partnerships department.

2016 – EcoHealth Alliance, a Global Viral founder Nathan Wolfe’s structure, is engaged in the study of bat-transmitted coronaviruses at the research centre in a Wuhan laboratory, China.

2016 – the DTRA and Ukraine’s Health Ministry extend the contract after getting approval from the Ukrainian Defence Ministry.

2019 – the COVID-19 mutated bat coronavirus pandemic begins with an outbreak in Wuhan.

February 24, 2022 – launch of the Russian Army’s special operation in Ukraine.

February 24-25, 2022 – rapid elimination of strains in biolabs in Ukraine.

March 8, 2022 – US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland openly acknowledges the existence of cooperation between the US and Ukraine in pathogens.
