The story the media — and the government — don’t want you to hear

Read about the biggest government scandal that legacy newspapers won’t touch.

On April 29, 2026, as Chairman of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, I held a hearing and released a report titled “Unmasked: How Biden Health Officials Purposely Turned a Blind Eye Toward COVID-19 Vaccine Safety Signals.” There has not been a bigger government scandal during my lifetime, and yet even now that we have documented proof of corruption, most of the legacy media refuses to report on it.

My report details how in March 2021, Peter Marks — director of the FDA center that approves vaccines and is responsible for safety surveillance (CBER) — was briefed that the algorithm they were using to analyze the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) would mask or hide COVID-19 vaccine adverse event safety signals. Twenty-six days later, using an updated algorithm, senior FDA officials were shown 25 safety signals, including sudden cardiac death, pulmonary infarction, cerebral artery occlusion, basal ganglia stroke, agonal rhythm, and Bell’s palsy.

For the next three months, they received updates showing more serious safety signals. Instead of warning or informing the public, they ordered the data analyst to “cease and desist” and then lied to the American public that “they weren’t seeing safety signals” and that any adverse events were “rare and mild.” The whole point of using sophisticated algorithms to analyze VAERS is to find needles in the haystack — nonobvious potential harms that doctors and patients should be alerted to.

With the COVID-19 injections, we didn’t need sophisticated algorithms. The sheer volume of adverse event reports overwhelming VAERS was enough to trigger my oversight efforts. We faced impenetrable stonewalling until Secretary Kennedy’s commitment to radical transparency provided my Subcommittee with 11 million pages of documents. The documents make clear that FDA and CDC officials did not use an “err on the side of caution” standard to alert the public. Rather, they insisted on definitive proof of causation — a standard they knew would never be met.

They were far more concerned about not causing vaccine hesitancy than they were about informing the public of adverse events. They wanted to ensure that the injections would receive full licensure approval so that President Biden could mandate them to the military and millions of civilians, including healthy college students.

Perhaps the most egregious coercion involved healthy children who had virtually zero chance of serious harm from COVID-19. That coercion was based on another false claim that the injections would stop transmission. Some children were killed and others have been permanently disabled from the COVID-19 injections. Imagine being the parent who believed all the lies they were told and decided to have their now deceased or injured child injected.

Also in March 2021, Dr. Avindra Nath, clinical director at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), began leading a team of clinical researchers who were diagnosing and treating individuals with serious COVID-19 injection injuries. Twenty-three study participants were diagnosed and treated, then instructed to “not talk about the study” until the NIH could release its findings and conclusions. Dr. Nath maintained that early recognition and intervention were crucial for effective treatment. Yet no guidance was provided to physicians — one participant remarked that the NIH scientists had “taken the data and left us hanging.”

Adding insult to injury, in April 2021 the CDC published a report stating that similar adverse events were “anxiety” — not a problem with the shots. It was not until study participants began speaking publicly in 2022 that the NIH quietly posted its study on a preprint server that virtually no one read, leaving medical teams nationwide in the dark and the injection-injured left untreated.

We will never know the full extent of the harms (or the benefits) of the COVID-19 injections. But we do know that federal health officials were aware that serious harm was being done within months of them granting Emergency Use Authorization. We also know that those same officials turned a blind eye toward the safety signals that were screaming at them, but they refused to warn the public. The public pays federal health officials to evaluate drugs for safety and efficacy, and we have the right to be informed.

How many deaths and injuries could have been avoided had federal health officials simply done the job we paid them to do?

Currently, VAERS shows 1,676,100 cumulative worldwide adverse events and 39,099 deaths associated with the COVID-19 injection, with 9,332 (24%) of the deaths occurring within 2 days of injection. Most of these tragic adverse events occurred well after federal health officials should have informed the public about the risks they knew existed. Instead, they hid or downplayed those risks. As a result, millions were harmed after being denied their right to fully informed consent.

That’s why I consider this to be the biggest government scandal in my lifetime, and one that is crying out for full media attention and coverage.

Joe Rogan just revealed that presidents and former presidents personally pressured Spotify to have him removed for “vaccine misinformation.” And not one of them apologized when his questions turned out to be right. He says he still can’t talk about most of it. What he will say is that the campaign was coordinated, expensive, and came from the very top. ROGAN: “They tried to crush my sponsors. They organized campaigns. There was PACs involved.” ROGAN: “I can’t even talk about it. But there was presidents involved and former presidents involved that were contacting Spotify. Trying to get me removed for vaccine misinformation.” ROGAN: “And it turned out to be right. All of it.” ROGAN: “Not a single apology from anybody. Not a single retraction, not a single mea culpa, not a single ‘we were wrong.'” The pressure failed. Joe’s audience grew. And the people who tried to silence him never had to answer for any of it…

What are the real numbers?

As the COVID saga continues, it is undeniable the officially promulgated numbers are confused, conflicted and unreliable.  In the beginning, many of us took the official numbers at face value.  The media’s narrative was and is driven primarily by the number of ‘cases’ and sometimes misattributed deaths; yet few of us know the finer details behind these frightening headlines.  Seemingly, simple questions like: “What is a case?; What is a COVID death?;  What is COVID pneumonia?; What does it mean to test positive if you have no symptoms and how accurate are the PCR tests amplified at 40 cycles looking only at three small segments (RdRp, S & N) of a proposed virus in silico?” Answers to these questions remain elusive, nondeterministic and subject to interpretation and manipulation.

One would think a case is a confirmed COVID infection, but this is just not so.  We learn a case can be suspect, probable, or confirmed and even the confirmed cases cannot be confirmed with the formally gold standard test.  The definitions of case categories represent a long and winding road of updates and links to other definitions; all subject to change at the whim of the experts.   Add to this, long established definitions of key terms like vaccine, herd Immunity and pandemic have been quietly altered since COVID.

Note: with the advent of the COVID-19 project, the term vaccinated became ‘fully vaccinated’ and is now called ‘up to date’.  Add to this, if you have had two doses of the mRNA injections, you are considered  ‘unvaccinated’ until 14 days after your second dose; and even then you are faced with potentially unlimited booster shots every few months to maintain your up to date status; thus you are unvaccinated if you are not up to date.  These moving targets can add to the already hot mess found in the faulty data collection and analysis.

Yet, we constantly hear about the incredible number of cases, while few if any know what a case is.  What is a case? Ask any doctor, media pundit or health professional this question and you are likely to get a blank, confused stare.   They may think you are an idiot because everyone knows what a case is, but they don’t.

We are told the CDC’s own VAERS database –designed to track adverse events– is not accurate; we have collected this information every year since 1990 for what purpose if it is unreliable?

So what are the real numbers?  We will never know, but we can attempt to come up with a rough order of magnitude using the information we have to date.

Since March of 2020, I talked with many health professionals who had no idea what VAERS was; or, that they should be reporting these adverse events in the VAERS database. It takes time and effort to make even one entry, and many who know about VAERS just don’t take the time; so it is my personal opinion the adverse events are hugely underreported.  But what does the latest VAERS show us? See the so called ‘Harvard’ VAERS study below.  Be careful not to call it a ‘Harvard study’ lest you be attacked by a swarm of paid fact-checkers.

The Pilgrim Health Care, Inc. study (sometimes called the Harvard study) does point us in the direction of under-reporting in VAERS by a factor of 100X; but even at 10X, these figures are breathtaking.  If these numbers are correct, we are looking at a mass genocide of historical proportions, while our trusted experts continue to pretend these injections are ‘safe & effective’.  This does not include any mid to long-term damage from this global experiment.

These figures may not be accurate but a comparison of previous years, may be instructive since they dwarf all other records kept since 1990:

As of December 23, 2021 we are told the total number of COVID deaths is 808,957, yet we discover most of these deaths were unnecessary: “Of the COVID-19 deaths in the U.S., none received adequate and/or early-enough treatment. This means 687,613 people were needlessly killed by withholding early treatment.

Additionally, we discover those who were unlucky enough to be admitted to the hospital after their lips turned blue, were given the deadly Remdesivir known to cause kidney failure which then causes their lungs to fill with fluid, so  the hospitals could put them on a vent to die.  This means the officially sanctioned protocol is killing most of the people, not the dreaded, scary COVID; yet the CDC and others get to report 808,957 died of COVID which is just not true.

So what are the real numbers?

To be generous, 121,343 may have died from COVID.  But the question remains: Of these 121,343 how many died with COVID and how many died from COVID?  How many died from some comorbidity or even as a result of an unrelated accident?  We will never know.

And what is a case?  There is no clear definition I can find.  The more I read about the definition of a case the more murky it becomes, but I’ll let you decide.

David’s Stack of Stuff (Sunday May 22nd, 2021)

Where did  they go?

In a kinder, gentler era, my most favored pundits, news reporters, researchers and historians could be found in one place — YouTube; but since the purge, they scattered … some never to be seen again.   This has made my life more difficult, since I’ve had to spend a considerable amount of time tracking down these talented content creators.  To help keep track, I turned to my trusty old Excel spreadsheet where I am noting their destinations for quick and easy access.  I’ve also decided to give them an adaptive score based on how well they adapted to this coordinated attack by the big tech monopolies.   These deleted content creators were found guilty of ‘thoughtcrimes’ and spreading ‘wrong-think’ by big tech and so, were scattered to the wind; hopefully they will all find fresh air and sunshine to grow again and a fertile soil on which to re-hydrate their former fan-base. Of course their adaptive scores are mostly subjective based on my opinion.  Some –like James Corbett and Tim Kelly– were primed to make the jump; some like Ryan Dawson are still struggling to find their way; and some, have disappeared entirely from my view: Jason Goodman and Greg Hunter.  Those who have been allowed to remain and prosper — Limited hangout Tim Pool & sellout Ben Shapiro— should be viewed with at least a little suspicion: 1) Too small to be noticed? 2) A limited hangout?  3) Self-censored after strikes from these platform bullies? Or 4) serve some unknown purpose for the propagandists who are directing big tech’s shameless attack on free speech?

This shows all the columns, though are difficult or impossible to read at this resolution. Too many knew the purge was coming, but hoped beyond hope they might be spared, but none were. Most were not prepared.
